XPS

ASVIL: Smooth Surface XPS Boards: Produced by extrusion of polystyrene raw material, these boards have a tongue-and-groove edge and a smooth-armored surface. ASVIL XPS offers high water impermeability with its smooth-armored surface and eliminates thermal bridges with its edge design. Providing maximum thermal insulation with its low thermal conductivity, XPS does not disintegrate or crumble due to its high compressive strength.

APPLICATIONS

• XPS boards are used in terrace roofs, underground retaining walls, and foundation insulation in contact with soil due to their high compressive strength and especially their water impermeability.

• In all types of exterior thermal insulation that do not require plastering, especially in siding applications.

• In floors, under parquet flooring.

• In pitched roofs, under roof slabs and under rafters.

• In sandwich walls.

• In underfloor heating systems.

• Used in all types of prefabricated composite systems and double-walled structures.

• Due to its high thermal insulation values, it can be used in thinner thicknesses, saving on labor and space.

• Do not expose to direct sunlight.

• Should be stored in a dry and cool environment.
