Plus Ceramic and Tile Adhesive

Plus Ceramic and Tile Adhesive is a cement-based, single-component tile and ceramic adhesive mortar with very high strength and adhesion properties, and a long working time that facilitates application. It is produced in gray and white.

AREAS OF USE: Used for bonding tiles and ceramics horizontally and vertically in interior and exterior spaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Ensure the surface to be applied is fully cured. The surface must be free of paint, oil, detergents, and any other substances that may hinder adhesion. Cracks in the surface should be repaired with a suitable repair mortar, and the surface should be moistened.

APPLICATION: Mix 25 kg of Asvil Plus Ceramic and Tile Adhesive with 6-7 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer until no lumps remain. After allowing the prepared mortar to rest for 5 minutes, mix again and use the mixture within 2-3 hours. Apply to the surface to a thickness of 10-15 mm. The ceramic and tile are leveled using a trowel and a rubber mallet before being adhered to the surface. Depending on the size of the ceramic or tile and the flatness of the surface, the "double-sided adhesion" method is recommended. Application should be avoided at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C. Do not add powder or water to frozen material before use. Avoid application on flexible and wet surfaces.

PACKAGING AND CONSUMPTION: 25 kg kraft bag, 3-4 kg/m²

STORAGE: Store in original packaging, stacked no more than 10 layers high, in a dry environment and on pallets. Shelf life is 12 months under appropriate storage conditions. It is recommended to consume within 7 days after opening the bag.

HEALTH HAZARDS: Avoid contact with food products, skin, eyes, and mouth. In case of accidental ingestion or eye contact, consult a doctor. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
