This is a bagged, gypsum-based ready-to-use plaster that can be applied directly to materials such as brick, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, and pumice blocks. It provides fire resistance and sound insulation.
APPLICATION SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT
- The surface must be free of dirt, oil, paint, and other contaminants. - Extremely dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water. - Ceiling surfaces should be roughened or primed with a material that ensures adhesion of the mortar before plaster application. - Care should be taken to ensure there are no air currents or drafts during application. - The application temperature should be between +5 and +35°C.
APPLICATION
Pour 6-6.5 liters of clean water into the mixing container. Sprinkle 10 kg of Peronat over it. Wait approximately 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. Mix with a mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Determine the application thickness using anodes according to the smoothness of the surface. Apply the prepared mortar to the surface using a steel trowel. Level the mortar by troweling. After leveling, smooth the surface with a steel trowel. If applying two coats, do not proceed with the second coat until the first coat has fully set.
