Makonat Pro - Machine Plaster

Bagged gypsum that can be applied directly by machine onto materials such as brick, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, pumice block, etc..

This is a bagged, gypsum-based, ready-to-use concentrated plaster that can be applied directly by machine to materials such as brick, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, and pumice blocks. It is a Class A1 non-combustible material that provides sound insulation.

APPLICATION SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT

The surface must be free of dirt, oil, paint, and other contaminants.
Excessively dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water.
The surface of ceilings should be roughened or primed with a material that ensures the adhesion of the mortar to the surface before plaster application. Care should be taken to ensure there is no air current or draft during application.
The application temperature should be between +5 and +40 °C.

APPLICATION

The plaster is prepared in a plastering machine with the appropriate plaster/water ratio (6.5-7.0 liters of water/10 kg of MAKONATPRO).
The mortar is sprayed onto the surface with the machine.
The application thickness is determined using anodes according to the smoothness of the surface.
The plaster applied to the surface is leveled with a trowel.
When the surface begins to harden, it is leveled with a steel trowel.
When the surface reaches a consistency where it does not collapse when lightly pressed with a finger, the finishing process is carried out. After the troweling process, the surface is polished again with a steel trowel to prepare it for painting.
