APPLICATION SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT
- The surface must be free of dirt, oil, paint, and other contaminants. - Extremely dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water. - Ceiling surfaces should be roughened or primed with a material that ensures adhesion of the mortar before plaster application. - Care should be taken to ensure there are no air currents or drafts during application. - Application temperature should be between +5 and +40°C.
APPLICATION
The plaster is prepared in a plastering machine with the appropriate gypsum/water ratio (5.5-6 liters of water/10 kg of macunat). The mortar is sprayed onto the surface with the machine. The application thickness is determined using anodes according to the smoothness of the surface. The plaster applied to the surface is leveled with a trowel. When the surface begins to harden, it is leveled with a steel trowel. When the surface reaches a consistency where it does not collapse when lightly pressed with a finger, the finishing process is carried out. After the troweling process, the surface is polished again with a steel trowel to prepare it for painting.
